President Ersin Tatar will once again receive the United Nations Secretary-General’s Personal Representative for Cyprus, María Ángela Holguín, today.

Holguín is expected to convey her impressions to President Tatar regarding her week-long engagements on the island before leaving Cyprus.

The meeting will be closed to the press.

As part of her contacts, the Secretary General’s Personal Envoy Holguín held meetings not only with the two leaders but also with civil society organizations on the island.

On Thursday, she met with representatives of the Cyprus Dialogue Forum.

During the meeting, Holguín and representatives of the Cyprus Dialogue Forum discussed the role of the forum and various stakeholders in the peace process in Cyprus.

Holguín is also set to meet with the Greek Cypriot leader Nikos Christoduludes on Friday.
