The Acting President and Speaker of Parliament Zorlu Töre, congratulated the 15th anniversary of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA).
Töre emphasized the increasing functionality and efficiency of TURKPA, highlighting the importance of parliamentary gatherings among Turkic state representatives.
Acting President and Speaker of Parliament Zorlu Töre, in observance of the 15th anniversary of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA), sent a congratulatory message to TÜRKPA Secretary-General Mehmet Süreyya Er.
In his message, Zorlu Töre stated that TÜRKPA has rapidly enhanced its functionality and efficiency among inter-parliamentary organizations, underscoring the significance of Turkic state parliamentarians coming together.
Referring to the renowned Turkish intellectual Ismail Gaspıralı’s motto, “Unity in language, thought, and action,” Töre expressed his belief in TÜRKPA’s expansion and increased strength.
Expressing regret for not being able to attend the celebration events in Azerbaijan due to his duties in the TRNC, Töre conveyed his best wishes on behalf of the members of the Republic’s Assembly.
