The Speaker of the Republic’s Assembly Zorlu Töre came together with the members of the Gazimağusa Kale Lions Club Association.

Speaking during the visit Töre stated that the Turkish Cypriots have come to where they are today by fighting shoulder to shoulder together with the martyrs and veterans and called on everyone to protect the state.

Töre also touched upon the importance of non-governmental organizations and stated that the lions prioritize cooperation and solidarity.

The President of the Gazimağusa Kale Lions Club Association Gülyüz Debeş for her part informed the Speaker of the Republic’s Assembly about the activities carried out by the Association.
