President Ersin Tatar’s visit to Azerbaijan has become a prominent topic in the Azerbaijani media.

Numerous media outlets featured news about Tatar and conducted a live broadcast with Acting President and Speaker of the TRNC Republic’s Assembly, Zorlu Töre about the Shusha summit and the high-level representation of the TRNC at the event.

During the broadcast, Acting President and Parliamentary Speaker Zorlu Töre emphasized that every step taken by Azerbaijan represents a significant opportunity for the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

He also expressed his hope that the TRNC will eventually become a full member of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

Speaker Töre underscored the importance of the Organization of Turkic States for Turkish Cypriots, noting that Türkiye, the TRNC, and Azerbaijan are “three states, one nation.”

He reiterated the desire for the TRNC to achieve full membership in the OTS, reminding viewers that the TRNC is an integral part of the Turkic world.

Töre expressed joy and pride at the prospect of the TRNC flag waving in Shusha, highlighting that every step taken by Azerbaijan opens a crucial gateway for the TRNC.

He also remarked on the inevitable strengthening of the Turkic world, pointing out that Turkic nations possess richer resources than many European Union countries.

Reflecting on his recent visit to Azerbaijan, Acting President Töre recounted his significant meetings and discussions.
