A reception to celebrate the National Unity Party’s (UBP) 48th anniversary, which was to be held tonight (Wednesday), has been postponed to a later date due to ongoing clashes between Israel and Hamas and the significant loss of life.
According to a statement released by the National Unity Party (UBP), a decision was taken by the party to postpone the 48th anniversary reception to a later date, taking into account the ongoing war in the Middle East, the increasing death toll and the sensitivity of its members.
“We thank our members for their sensitivity and understanding” the statement read.
