Prime Minister Ünal Üstel received a delegation of the Retired Non-Commissioned Officers Association Bursa Branch, which is holding contacts in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

During the visit, Prime Minister Üstel expressed his happiness at hosting the delegation in the TRNC and recalled the struggles of Turkish Cypriots throughout history.

Stressing their determination to maintain the existence of the Turkish Cypriot people in this region in cooperation with the Republic of Türkiye, the Premier said, “Our motherland, the Republic of Türkiye, is our indispensable source of strength. Today, we are fighting against the unjust embargoes imposed on the Turkish Cypriot people by the world with the strong support of our motherland, the Republic of Türkiye. We will continue on our path as one nation, two states, with firm steps.”
