The National Unity Party (UBP) is celebrating its 49th anniversary of its establishment with a reception to be hosted by its leader, Prime Minister Ünal Üstel in the capital Lefkoşa.
The National Unity Party will celebrate the 49th anniversary of its establishment on Friday the 11th of October.
According to a statement made by the UBP General Secretary Oğuzhan Hasipoğlu, within the scope of the celebrations, a wreath will be laid at the Atatürk Monument at 10:00 on Friday, October 11.
Then the Tombs of Dr. Fazıl Küçük, the Leader of the Turkish Cypriot peoples struggle for freedom and existence and Founding President Rauf Raif Denktaş will be visited.
In the evening at 7pm a reception, hosted by UBP leader, Prime Minister Ünal Üstel will be held at the Paradise Park in the capital Lefkoşa.
Hasipoğlu invited everyone to the reception on October 11, the day when the UBP was integrated with the Turkish Cypriot People.
